FAQ
Questions café owners ask.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the table QR opens your menu in the phone's browser. It works on any modern Android phone or iPhone.
Where does the money from orders go?
Straight to your own Razorpay or Stripe account. You connect your gateway in settings, and Yummverse never holds your sales. Your monthly plan is billed separately.
Can guests still pay at the counter?
Yes. At checkout guests choose to pay now or pay at the counter. Your staff can also take walk-in and takeaway orders from the counter POS.
What happens after my free month?
The Free plan lasts one month. Before it ends, choose Starter, Pro or Enterprise to keep taking orders. Your menu, tables, staff and order history stay as they are when you switch.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
We'll let you know before you get close. You can upgrade in a couple of taps, or ask us to raise that one limit for your café.
I run more than one location. How does that work?
Pro covers up to 5 locations and Enterprise has no limit. Each location has its own tables, staff and payment settings, and you control which menu items are available where.
Is my café's data kept separate from other cafés?
Yes. Every café's menu, orders, customers, reports and payment credentials are isolated, and payment keys are stored encrypted.
